Happiness hill
A place you knew well when you were a child
Comforting thrill
Open a book and you’ll be there for a while
You know you can’t control much in your life
Lean into the light
And go to happiness hill
Your friends are waiting with stories that you crave
Traveling lands
Distant in life but so close there on the page
You feel everything’s real between the lines
And so you write
Go
Follow the muse
I’ll catch up with you
On happiness hill
You’ll be the one with a daydream in your eye
You’ll know me still
Friends in a world with no stopping at the sky
You seem like just like a dream
Maybe you are
But who really cares
If it’s a dream
When you’re inside a star
Maybe we are
On happiness hill
Stay here until
You say Au Revoir
I have been a listener of Luxury since ‘Amazing and Thank You’ Lee’s thoughtful lyrics the instrumentation and raw emotion have always drawn me to this band. So far on this album I enjoy One of Those Things (Or) The Temple. Great job! jason hendry
Nice to see that some Christian musicians from my youth haven't lost their minds. Nice track that sounds fresh but isn't a dramatic departure from past Joy Electric. bendonahower
Claudia Ferme is not opposed to disappearing completely, especially if it frees her from having to be perceived by others. Bandcamp Album of the Day Aug 11, 2022
